With your children attending Creative Minds, you're guaranteed to get the best quality childcare and service that McCracken County has to offer. All enrollments are setup for auto-draft through an active checking account, debit card, or credit card. We will no longer accept cash or check payments as of Oct. 1, 2020. After registering online, complete the following form to turn in once approved. *Enrollment Form *

Fees:
A late fee of $15 will be added to all invoices over 15 days past due.
Enrollment is terminated immediately until balance and fees are cleared.
A $75 reinstatement fee will occur if loss of enrollment due to payments.
